Dr. Ali Alfayly is an Assistant Professor in the Computing Department at the College of Basic Education, Kuwait, where he has taught since February 2017. He brings deep expertise in artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, and AI governance. He serves on the IEEE Region 8 Young Professionals Committee and regularly collaborates with healthcare professionals, having led workshops on ethical AI applications in pediatric medicine, dental research, and hematology. His research includes co-authoring an empirical study on e-government satisfaction in Kuwait, and he frequently contributes to international discussions on AI ethics and policy. Dr. Alfayly is dedicated to bridging technology and health, combining rigorous scholarship with hands-on training to empower the next generation of interdisciplinary innovators.
