Dr. Maria AlMahdi

Dr Maria AlMahdi is a Pediatric Endocrinologist working at Al-Adan Hospital , she is the head of the Endocrine and Diabetes Unit.
Working also in Dasman Diabetes Institute.
Graduated from Arabian Gulf University, Kingdom of Bahrain
She obtained the Membership of the Royal Collage of Paediatrics & Child health ( MRCPCH) and the Paediatric Kuwaiti Training Program Board. Completed Paediatric Endocrine & Diabetes Fellowship Program at National Guard Hospital , Riyadh - KSA
Previous Vice President of Kuwait Diabetes Society ( KDS )
Head of Disorder of Sexual Development committee
She had interest in DSD, bone disorders.
Participated as a speaker in several local and regional conferences and workshops.

Has several publications on Type 1 Diabetes in Children.
